Use a wheelbarrow, conveyor belt, crane or forklift Instead of trying to lift or carry a heavy object.
8.     Protect your back.
If you do need to pick up and carry heavy loads, keep the load close to your body which will protect your back from turning.
9.     Wear protective equipment to suit the task.
Dramatically reduce your risk of injury by wearing correctly, gear such as earplugs, earmuffs, hard hats, safety goggles, gloves or full-face masks.
10.  Stay moderate.

15.   Regularly inspect, clean and repair all appliances and not use damaged tools.
